SAP GRC Consultant (Access Control)

Experience: 6-10 Years

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced SAP GRC Consultant to support SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance processes with a solid focus on Access Control, SAP Security, Segregation of Duties (SoD), User Provisioning, and Compliance Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support SAP GRC Access Control modules: ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM
- Perform user access provisioning, role management, and authorization support
- Conduct SoD analysis, risk assessments, and remediation activities
- Support audit compliance, access reviews, and governance processes
- Collaborate with SAP Security, Functional, and Audit teams
- Resolve access-related incidents and support SIT/UAT activities
- Lead stakeholder discussions on access governance and risk management (C2 level)

Mandatory Requirements

- 6-10 years of SAP GRC/SAP Security experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control
- Strong understanding of SoD rules and compliance processes
- Experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
