Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with expertise in Domestic & IT Staffing, Client Acquisition, and Team Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT hiring requirements and the ability to align client needs with staffing solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development through domestic staffing & IT client acquisition.
Understand IT skill sets (e.g., Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, SAP, etc.) and align them with client needs.
Manage end-to-end client engagement – requirement gathering, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
Handle C2C (Corp-to-Corp) and Full-Time staffing requirements.




Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term success.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters/business executives to achieve business goals.
Prepare business plans, strategies, and presentations to acquire new clients.
Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in Business Development within Domestic & IT Staffing.
Solid knowledge of IT technologies, skill sets, and market trends.
Proven experience in client acquisition, client handling, and closures.
Hands-on experience with C2C and Full time staffing requirements.
Team handling and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Robust client network in the IT staffing domain is an added advantage.
