nJob Objective

To ensure reliable, secure, and highly available IT infrastructure across all NMTronics locations by managing network infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, collaboration platforms, endpoint management, and user technology services.n
The role requires a technically solid qualified who can manage enterprise IT operations, support business users, implement infrastructure improvements, and ensure seamless IT service delivery.n

nKey Responsibilities
n-Network & Infrastructure Management
n
n
Manage and support LAN/WAN infrastructure across multiple locations.n
Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, routing, switching, and TCP/IP networks.n
Manage wireless networks including corporate and guest Wi-Fi.n
Perform Wi-Fi coverage surveys and optimize wireless performance.n
Support internet connectivity, ISP coordination, redundant links, and SLA monitoring.n




Participate in infrastructure projects including office setup, branch expansion, and server room implementation.n
Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records.n

n-Firewall & Network Security
n

Configure and manage enterprise firewall solutions such as SonicWall/Fortinet.n
Manage VPN services including SSL VPN and Site-to-Site VPN.n
Implement security policies, IPS, access controls, and network security best practices.n
Monitor security events and troubleshoot connectivity and security issues.n

n-CCTV & Physical Security Infrastructure
n

Manage CCTV network connectivity and troubleshooting.n
Support NVR systems, camera connectivity, and remote monitoring.n
Coordinate with vendors for CCTV maintenance and enhancements.n

n-Systems Administration & End User Support
n

Provide technical support for Windows 11 desktops, laptops, and IT peripherals.n
