We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Head to build and lead a new Personal Care & Cosmetic Ingredients business vertical for a rapidly growing specialty ingredients organization

This is a greenfield leadership prospect for a commercially solid professional with deep expertise in the personal care & cosmetic ingredients industry, strong industry relationships, and the ability to build a business from the ground up.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience in the Personal Care & Cosmetic Ingredients industry.
Robust experience in Business Development, Key Account Management or Business Leadership.
Established network across cosmetic manufacturers and global ingredient suppliers.
Track record of launching new product lines or building new business verticals.




Strong commercial negotiation, strategic planning and people leadership skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and build a business from scratch.
Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally.

Experience with one or more of the following will be preferred:
