We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Tech Lead who can drive product development, lead engineering initiatives, and build robust, scalable applications while mentoring a growing development team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of web applications using Node.js, React.js, and PostgreSQL.
Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems and applications.
Manage, mentor, and guide developers to ensure high-quality code and timely project delivery.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Operations, and Business teams to define and implement technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and establish development best practices.
Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services.




Optimize application performance, database queries, and overall system reliability.
Oversee application deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, and project management activities.
Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve product performance and development efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in full-stack web application development.
Robust expertise in Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
Experience designing scalable backend architectures and REST APIs.
Strong understanding of database design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning in PostgreSQL.
Hands-on experience with AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, deployment
