At Mangalam Projects, backed by a 25-year legacy and an active 4.5 million sq. ft. pipeline across high-growth corridors, we are hiring an Senior Manager Channel Sales to expand and lead our institutional broker ecosystem.

? Location: Bengaluru (Field / Corporate Office)

? Experience: 5-7 Years (Minimum 3 years in Bengaluru Real Estate Channel Sales)

? WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Channel Network Expansion: Onboard, activate, and manage tier-1 channel partners, independent real estate consultants, and wealth management firms across Bengaluru.
- Revenue & Velocity Targets: Drive aggressive sales volumes across our plotted developments, villas, and apartments through the broker network.
- CP Engagement Programs: Design competitive incentive schemes, partner meets, project preview events, and loyalty programs to keep Mangalam Projects top-of-mind.
- Pipeline & Site Traffic:



Ensure robust CP sourcing momentum and coordinate with site sales teams to maximize walk-in to booking conversions.
- Conflict & Dispute Resolution: Manage inventory allocation, tagging protocols, and lead registrations transparently to maintain strong partner trust.
- Payout Governance: Ensure prompt, smooth processing and disbursement of channel partner commissions and brokerage claims.

? WHAT YOU NEED:
- Strong, active relationships across the Bengaluru channel partner ecosystem (East Bengaluru, Whitefield, OMR, Hoskote corridors preferred).
- Solid understanding of plotted developments, land titles, and residential product dynamics.
- Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluency in Kannada and English is mandatory.
- Proven leadership capability to mentor senior managers and executives within the CP vertical.
