Role Summary

Seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA to support implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and support projects. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes and be capable of working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements for Finance and Controlling processes.
- Configure and support SAP FICO solutions in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation,



rollout, migration, and transformation projects.
- Support financial accounting, controlling, reporting, and reconciliation activities.
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams.
- Prepare functional specifications and support development activities.
- Perform system configuration, testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Support period-end, month-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Support cutover planning, Go-Live, Hypercare, and production support activities.
- Ensure integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules.
- Provide user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of SAP FICO Functional Consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong experience in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA.
- Experience in SAP configuration, testing, implementation, and support.
- Strong understanding of Finance and Controlling business processes.
- Experience with integration between SAP FICO and MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
- Experience with Financial Reporting, Reconciliation, and Period-End Closing activities.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration projects.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications.
- Experience with Data Migration, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare support.
- Exposure to FSCM, Central Finance, or Group Reporting.
- Experience working on global implementation or rollout projects.
