Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hisar. This role involves counseling prospective students and families on international study options, admission requirements, and suitable programs across partner universities. The counselor will manage inquiries, conduct admissions interviews,



guide students through application and visa processes, and support scholarship and accommodation planning. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate student records, coordinating with university partners, organizing information sessions or events, and providing ongoing support until students reach their destination country. The Senior Admissions Counselor will also contribute to recruitment strategies, help achieve enrollment targets, and ensure a high standard of service and ethical guidance.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to effectively counsel students, families, and institutional partners.
Customer Service and Sales abilities to handle inquiries, build trust, and support conversion of prospects to enrolled students.
Background or keen interest in Education, preferably with experience in admissions, counseling, or academic advising.
