About Filli and Me
Filli and Me is an early years brand with a vision to make parenting easier and childhood more fun. Launched in April 2026, the brand has been built with a clear ambition: to become India's best-in-class early years brand. Starting with the kids' accessory space, we have launched a range of differentiated, ergonomic backpacks and will be launching several exciting recent ranges over the next few quarters. We have recently raised a round of pre-seed funding from D2C Insider Angels and marquee investors who have partnered with us on this growth journey. This is a brand built to be big, and we're moving fast.
About the Role
This is a growth mandate. We're looking for a Marketplace Consultant to drive rapid, foundationally strong growth for Filli and Me across Myntra, Amazon, FirstCry, and Nykaa — growth that compounds, not one-off spikes — while building the operating foundation this channel will run on as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver on numbers as per the Annual Operating Plan Work closely with the founders to align on a roadmap for the next six months,



and deliver against the AOP.
Run performance marketing Plan and run ads across Myntra, Amazon, FirstCry, and Nykaa in line with agreed budgets, delivering the required ROAS on each platform.
Set up marketplace operations Work with the internal team to establish the processes and workflows marketplace operations will run on.
Own pricing and catalog hygiene Maintain the discount structure across platforms per brand guidelines, and ensure the catalog — content and imagery included — cuts through clutter on the marketplace and clearly communicates the brand's value proposition.
Drive joint business planning Lead quarterly JBP conversations with category managers/heads at each marketplace to unlock growth.
Unlock non-paid visibility Secure marketing support and visibility beyond paid ads — features, campaigns, and other organic growth levers.
