Role Description The Tele Sales Executive role at Nipro is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. In this role, the Tele Sales Executive will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce and promote electronic weighbridges and weighing scales, explain product features, and understand customer requirements.



The position involves responding to inquiries, providing price and product information, and following up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities. The Tele Sales Executive will maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the company’s systems, while coordinating with the field sales and service teams for smooth order processing. The role also includes meeting daily and monthly call and sales targets, gathering customer feedback, and supporting overall sales campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications
Solid verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain technical product features clearly and persuasively over the phone.
Sales and customer service skills, including lead generation, negotiation, objection handling, and relationship building.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or tele-calling software for logging calls, updating customer data
