E-commerce and Quick Commerce Specialist – B2B / E-COMMERCE / QUICK COMMERCE / COLD CHAIN

Aahaan Polycare Pvt. Ltd., established in 1990, is a leading manufacturer and supplier of engineered plastic solutions, with established brands VIKAS, AAHAAN & TEMPRO, serving customers across India and export markets.

We are looking for an aggressive, result-oriented enthusiast to develop new business across E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, Logistics, FMCG, Food, Pharma, Cold Chain, Warehousing and Industrial sectors.

Target Customers / Ecosystem

E-Commerce: Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, AJIO, Nykaa, BigBasket, JioMart, Tata Neu and other major e-commerce platforms.

Quick Commerce: Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket Now, BB Daily, Flipkart Minutes, Amazon Now and other emerging Q-Commerce platforms.

Also target FMCG companies, food & grocery businesses, 3PL/logistics companies, cold-chain operators, dark-store networks, warehouses, fulfilment centres and large institutional distributors.

Key Responsibilities





Identify and acquire large institutional/B2B customers and generate current business.

Build relationships with procurement, supply-chain, logistics and operations decision-makers.

Develop business for Plastic Crates, Plastic Pallets, Insulated Ice Boxes, Fish Boxes, TEMPRO HotBoxes, Industrial Tanks & Containers and customised plastic solutions.

Drive the complete sales cycle: Prospecting → Enquiry → Trial → Approval → Negotiation → PO → Repeat Business.

Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Use LinkedIn, digital prospecting, references, exhibitions and field visits to identify opportunities.

Coordinate with technical, costing, production and dispatch teams for successful execution.

Willingness to travel for business development.
