Role Description The Solar Expert will be responsible for consulting on, designing, and optimizing solar power systems for residential and commercial rooftop projects at Solar Smart’s Nagpur location. This full-time, on-site role includes conducting site assessments, preparing technical proposals,



and supporting customers with system sizing, performance estimates, and subsidy-related documentation. The Solar Expert will collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure accurate layouts, proper component selection, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Daily tasks also involve monitoring project execution, troubleshooting system issues, and providing technical guidance to clients and internal stakeholders. The role requires careful documentation, clear communication, and continuous learning to stay current with solar technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications

Robust knowledge of solar power systems, including Solar Power and Solar Systems, with the ability to design, evaluate, and optimize rooftop installations.
