Role Description The Corporate Treasury Dealer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves executing and monitoring treasury transactions across money market, foreign exchange market and fixed income instruments in line with the bank’s policies and risk limits. The Corporate Treasury Dealer will analyze market trends, liquidity conditions, and interest rate movements to optimize treasury solutions for clients and deliver hedging strategies for them. Responsibilities include increasing FX wallet in SME segment, understanding client working capital cycle and giving end to end treasury solutions, coordinating with internal stakeholders for business development, and ensuring timely settlement and documentation of trades. The role requires understanding of regulatory process and procedures and adhering to regulatory and internal compliance standards, and supporting the enhancement of treasury processes, systems, and controls.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Treasury Management and Finance skills, with a solid understanding of treasury products,



forex market , and risk management and understanding of trade transactions.
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret market data, assess risk-reward trade-offs, and support decision-making.
Candidates should possess expertise in forex market and Trading activities, with familiarity in dealing, pricing, and executing financial instruments.
Candidates should possess knowledge of regulations and compliance related to treasury operations, including RBI guidelines and internal risk frameworks.
Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, from top tier colleges ,professional certifications (e.g., CFA,FRM, or treasury-related credentials) are advantageous.
Solid numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Excel, treasury systems, and market information platforms.
