About the Role
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Organic Social Media Specialist to take ownership of our brand’s social media presence from the ground up. In this mid-level role, you will focus entirely on non-paid strategies—building community engagement, crafting thumb-stopping content, and growing our brand authority organically across key social platforms.

Note: This role is strictly focused on organic growth, community building, and content creation. There is no performance marketing, paid advertising, or media buying scope.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Execution: Develop, plan, and execute a comprehensive organic social media calendar aligned with brand voice, core messaging, and business goals.

Content Creation & Copywriting: Design, write, and curate engaging multi-format content (reels, carousels, static posts, and stories) tailored to specific platform algorithms and audience behaviors.

Community Management & Engagement:



Act as the voice of the brand. Foster meaningful conversations, actively respond to comments and direct messages, and build a loyal community of advocates.

Trend & Cultural Jacking: Monitor industry trends, viral formats, and cultural conversations to swiftly adapt relevant ideas into creative organic campaigns.

Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on organic growth metrics, engagement rates, reach, and audience demographics using native analytics tools to continuously optimize content strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the design, content, and creative teams to align messaging, coordinate assets, and maintain a consistent visual and tonal identity.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience managing organic social media channels for brands (agency or in-house).

Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedI
