We are looking for a driven and organized individual to join our team as an
Executive in the Collections department. In this role, you will play a crucial
part in overseeing the collections process, ensuring timely and accurate
recovery of payments. Your responsibilities will also extend to managing and
motivating a team of collections specialists, providing them with the necessary
tools and support to excel in their roles. Additionally, you will collaborate
with other departments to optimize manpower allocation, ensuring efficient
resource utilization across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage and oversee the collections process, ensuring timely and effective
recovery of payments.
* Lead and motivate a team of collections specialists, providing guidance and
support to enhance their performance.
* Collaborate with other departments to optimize manpower allocation, ensuring

* Implement strategies to improve collections efficiency, including process
improvements and technology integration.




* Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics, identifying areas for

* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collections management,

* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the collections

performance and team progress.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections management or a similar role.
* Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of
inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
