As the Manager - Consulting-Change Management, you will play a crucial role in
developing and implementing effective change management strategies. Your

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead and manage a team of change management professionals, providing guidance

* Conduct thorough impact assessments to identify areas of potential disruption
and develop mitigation strategies.
* Facilitate change management workshops and training sessions to educate and

* Create and maintain effective communication channels to keep stakeholders

* Monitor and evaluate the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives,

* Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in change management,

QUALIFICATIONS

* Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience in Change Management, with a
proven track record of successful implementations.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related
field, with a preference for a Master's degree.
* Techno-commercial knowledge and the ability to bridge the gap between
technical and business aspects.
* Prosci Change Management certification is an advantage, demonstrating a
strong foundation in change management principles.
