Role Overview
We are seeking an aggressive, results-driven Business Development Manager (International Sales) to spearhead our market expansion across key European regions (including the UK, Germany, France, and Benelux). This in office role focuses on securing current B2B accounts, managing distribution partnerships, and driving export revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Identify, prospect, and onboard high-value B2B buyers—including hardware importers, DIY retail chains, wholesale distributors, and architectural supply houses across Europe.
Account Management: Lead end-to-end sales cycles from cold outreach and technical inquiries to sample approval, price negotiation, and order finalization.




Commercial Negotiation: Prepare accurate export quotations, manage commercial trade terms (Incoterms: FOB, CIF, DAP), and navigate compliance standards relevant to the European market.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal production, tooling, packaging, and dispatch teams to ensure customer specifications and strict shipment deadlines are met.
Trade Engagement: Represent the company at international trade expos, coordinate sample dispatches, and conduct regular virtual product demonstrations for overseas procurement teams.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of core experience in international B2B export sales (experience in builders' hardware, casting, stamping, fasteners, or engineering goods preferred).
Market Expertise: Demonstrated track record of acquiring and managing B2B clients in European territories.
Trade Knowledge: Solid practical
