Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

Assist in achieving and exceeding store sales targets and KPIs
Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively
Monitor sales trends and suggest initiatives to improve performance
Promote product knowledge and upselling/cross-selling techniques
Coordination with manufacturing unit and customise product as per need of client.

Store Operations

Support day-to-day store operations including opening and closing procedures
Ensure visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines are maintained
Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs.

Required Qualifications & Skills





Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory)
2–8 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Robust customer service and sales orientation
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptable to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
