- SAP CPI certification is preferred with 5+ years of experience
- Strong experience in SAP CPI, with a focus on SuccessFactors integrations (including Employee Central, Performance Management,



Learning Management, etc.).
- Solid understanding of integration design patterns and data transformation techniques.
- Expertise in SAP BTP Cloud Cockpit Activities (Tenant Setup).
- Proficient in integration protocols and standards such as SOAP, REST and OData.
- Extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors APIs, data models and security frameworks.
- Experience with Dell Boomi integration technology is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
