Role Description This is a full-time, in office SAP Coordinator role based in Mumbai. The SAP Coordinator will oversee SAP systems operations, monitor performance, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure system stability and availability.

Responsibilities include supporting SAP Basis activities, helping align SAP configurations with business processes,



and contributing to SAP Business Warehouse (SAP BW) reporting and data management. The role involves managing small to medium SAP-related projects, organizing timelines and resources, and providing user support and customer service for SAP issues and enhancements. The SAP Coordinator will also document processes, maintain system records, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

 Coordinate with all departments for SAP-related activities and project execution

 Work closely with business users to understand requirements and ensure smooth

SAP operation

 Basic functional knowledge in SAP Modules: FI, MM, PS, REFX

 Manage user roles creation, access control, and authorization

 Coordinate with SAP vendors / consultants for issue resolution and enhancements

 Track and monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables

 Ensure proper documentation and reporting of SAP activities
