Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP CO Lead with 15+ years of SAP experience and strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Controlling, particularly in MTS, MTO, CO-PA, Product Costing, and Material Ledger. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in end-to-end S/4HANA implementations within manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP CO end-to-end implementation across business requirements, design, configuration, testing, cutover and go-live.
- Drive S/4HANA CO solution design and implementation for complex manufacturing business processes.
- Handle MTS (Make to Stock) and MTO (Make to Order) costing and controlling scenarios.
- Strong expertise in Product Costing / CO-PC, including costing variants, BOM/routing integration, standard cost estimates, WIP, variance calculation and settlement.
- Strong hands-on experience in CO-PA / Margin Analysis, profitability reporting, allocations and derivations.
- Strong expertise in Material Ledger and Actual Costing, including configuration, actual cost calculations and period-end activities.
- Configure and support Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting and Internal Orders.
- Handle production order costing, WIP,



variance calculation and settlement.
- Manage period-end and year-end CO closing activities.
- Ensure integration of CO with FI, MM, PP, SD and other S/4HANA modules.
- Lead requirement gathering, fit-to-standard/gap analysis, solution design and functional specifications.
- Drive SIT, UAT, defect resolution, data validation, cutover and go-live activities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams and technical teams.
- Provide leadership, mentoring and SME-level guidance to the CO team.
- Support post-go-live stabilization and hypercare activities.

Mandatory Client Requirements

Candidates MUST meet all the below criteria:

- SAP S/4HANA End-to-End CO Implementation o Must have worked on SAP S/4HANA end-to-end CO implementation projects.
- MTS & MTO Implementation Experience o Must have prior implementation experience with both MTS (Make to Stock) and MTO (Make to Order)

scenarios.
- Robust CO-PA Expertise o Must be well versed in CO-PA / Profitability Analysis, preferably with strong S/4HANA Margin Analysis exposure.
- Strong Material Ledger Expertise o Must be well versed in SAP Material Ledger, including Actual Costing and period-end activities.
