We are seeking a Software Engineer who can operate as a technical architect
while remaining deeply hands-on — someone who thrives on using contemporary AI-powered
tools to build things faster without compromising on scalability,
maintainability, or design quality. This role sits at the intersection of
software architecture and applied AI, requiring the ability to design robust
systems using React for frontend, Python for backend, and cloud-native
infrastructure, while simultaneously identifying and implementing AI-driven
workflows that dramatically improve development speed and efficiency across the
full stack. The ideal candidate is someone who is constantly exploring the
latest developments in AI, experimenting with new tools, and translating that
knowledge into practical, scalable engineering solutions for the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Design and define scalable software architecture and design patterns for
React-based frontend applications and Python-based backend services
* Act as a technical architect for projects, ensuring solutions are robust,
maintainable,



and built for long-term scalability on cloud platforms (e.g.,
AWS, Azure, or GCP)
* Identify, evaluate, and adopt AI-powered development tools to accelerate the
software development lifecycle
* Build rapid prototypes and production-grade applications by leveraging AI
coding assistants and automation tools alongside React and Python
* Architect and implement cloud-native solutions, including microservices,
serverless functions, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD
pipelines
* Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and evaluate how emerging
capabilities can be applied to improve engineering efficiency
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements
into scalable technical designs
* Establish best practices and reusable design patterns that enable faster,
AI-assisted development across the team
* Mentor and guide other engineers on effectively integrating AI tools
