Role Description The Senior Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities with high-value clients, luxury venues, and strategic partners, as well as nurturing existing relationships to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing business development strategies,



leading client pitches and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the planning and production teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery. The role also involves market research, competitive analysis, pipeline management, and regular reporting on sales performance and forecasts. The Senior Business Development Manager will represent Viraaya Weddings at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings to strengthen brand visibility and expand the company’s luxury wedding portfolio.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management within luxury events, hospitality, or related industries.
Strong relationship-building, client servicing, and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing high-value deals.
Ability to develop and implement strategic growth plans, including market research and opportunity analysis.
