Qualifications
Robust foundation in accounting principles,



including journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel) and ability to learn new financial systems quickly.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and accuracy in handling numerical data and documentation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain organized records in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and management.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
Familiarity with local tax regulations, compliance requirements, and basic audits is beneficial.
Prior experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a corporate or research-focused environment.
