Role Description The Air Import Customer Service role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, focused on managing and coordinating air import shipments for customers. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, preparing and reviewing import documentation, coordinating with airlines,



overseas agents, and internal operations teams to ensure timely cargo arrival and delivery. The role involves tracking shipments, providing status updates, resolving service issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant customs and regulatory requirements. The individual will work closely with the sales and operations teams to support rate quotations, improve service quality, and maintain accurate records in the company’s systems. Qualifications
