Role Overview
As an Executive – Client Servicing, you will be a key bridge between clients and internal
teams, ensuring smooth communication, strong execution and exceptional client
experiences.
Beyond servicing and coordination, this role requires someone who is proactive, creatively
aware, research-driven and presentation savvy — someone who can contribute ideas,
support pitch creation, study global trends and assist in building impactful client solutions.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys client interaction, event execution, creative
thinking and working in a high-energy agency environment.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management

 Act as a key point of contact for clients on projects and ongoing requirements.
 Attend client meetings, understand briefs and convert requirements into actionable
deliverables.
 Build strong relationships through proactive communication and timely follow-ups.
 Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, responsiveness and service quality.




 Support the team in growing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.

Creative Research & Ideation
 Research global event, experiential and engagement trends regularly.
 Assist the servicing and creative teams with fresh ideas, themes, formats and
concepts for pitches and projects.
 Support brainstorming sessions with references, mood boards and cutting-edge
solutions.
 Stay updated on pop culture, entertainment, digital trends, technology and audience
engagement formats relevant to events and brand experiences.
 Bring a “solutions-first” mindset to every brief.

Presentations & Proposal Development
 Assist in creating impactful pitch presentations, event flow decks and client
proposals.
 Work closely with design and content teams to develop visually strong and
strategically aligned presentations.
 Support budgeting, proposal structuring and presentation formatting.
