Role Description The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for various functions and levels within Malabar Group. This includes sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing selection processes, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, maintaining talent pipelines, and supporting employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent. The Talent Acquisition Executive will also handle recruitment data, reports, and compliance with internal policies and local regulations. This is a full-time, in office role based in Kozhikode.
