About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and creative Senior Content Writer & Video Editor with 8–9 years of professional experience in digital content, social media, YouTube and Instagram.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in content writing, storytelling and video editing, with a proven understanding of what makes content engaging, shareable and retention-focused.

You will be responsible for developing content ideas, writing scripts and social media copy, and creating high-quality videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other digital platforms.

This is a work-from-home position open to candidates across India. The candidate should be comfortable coordinating with international teams and be available to work or overlap with IST, EST and PST time zones, depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative content ideas for YouTube,



Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Write engaging video scripts, hooks, captions, headlines, descriptions and social media copy.
- Create compelling storytelling structures designed to improve audience engagement and retention.
- Edit YouTube long-form videos, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.
- Transform raw footage, interviews, podcasts and long-form content into engaging short-form videos.
- Add captions, subtitles, B-roll, music, sound effects, transitions, motion graphics and visual effects.
- Ensure robust pacing, storytelling and visual flow throughout every video.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple platform-specific formats.
- Research current social media trends, viral formats, competitor content and audience interests.
