Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PLC Programmer role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The PLC Programmer will design, develop, test, and commission PLC programs for a variety of industrial automation projects, ensuring efficient and safe operation of machinery and processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting PLCs, integrating SCADA/HMI systems,



modifying logic based on process requirements, and documenting control strategies and technical specifications. The role involves collaborating with project engineers and electricians during installation and commissioning, diagnosing control system issues, and providing support and updates for existing automation solutions. The PLC Programmer will also participate in project planning, maintain adherence to safety and quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of automation practices.
Qualifications
Solid proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., ladder logic, function block, structured text) and experience with major PLC platforms (such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, ABB, Delat, Mitsubishi).
Hands-on experience with SCADA and HMI configuration, screen development, data logging, and alarm management.
Knowledge of industrial automation concepts, control systems, instrumentation, and electrical
