We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands that social media is much more than scheduling posts and writing captions.
You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies for multiple brands, translating brand objectives into engaging content, staying ahead of trends, and ensuring every piece of communication has a explicit purpose.

We are looking for someone who can think, ideate, write, execute, analyse, and improve — not someone who simply depends on AI tools or copy-pastes what competitors are doing.

Key Responsibilities




Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands.
Create monthly content calendars based on brand objectives, campaigns, trends, and audience behaviour.
Develop original content ideas, hooks, concepts, captions, and campaigns.
Understand different platforms and create content accordingly for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Stay updated with social media trends, formats, memes, conversations, and cultural moments.
Turn trends into brand-relevant content rather than blindly following them.
Work closely with designers, video editors, performance marketers, and clients to execute campaigns.
Write and review captions, scripts, post copies, reels concepts, and other social media communication.
Monitor content performance and derive actionable insights from analytics.
Track competitors and identify opportunities to differentiate the brands we manage.
