Role Description The Purchasing Executive role at Akshayakalpa Organic is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The role involves managing end-to-end purchasing processes, including reviewing purchase requisitions,



preparing and issuing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. The Purchasing Executive will monitor inventory levels, support procurement planning, and align purchasing activities with production and quality requirements. This position also requires maintaining accurate purchasing records, resolving purchase-related discrepancies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cost-effective and sustainable sourcing aligned with the company’s values.
