Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads.
Plan, launch, and monitor paid advertising campaigns.
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Conduct audience, keyword, and competitor research.
Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, and conversions.
Optimize campaigns to improve sales, conversions, and ROAS.
Test different audiences, creatives, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
Identify winning products, creatives, and audiences for scaling.
Assist in product research based on market demand and customer trends.
Research competitors, pricing, customer reviews, and market trends.
Identify potential products with solid sales and scaling opportunities.
Analyze existing product performance and suggest improvements.
Work closely with the creative and marketing team to develop performance-driven ad creatives.




Provide feedback on ad creatives, hooks, messaging, and customer pain points.
Track and report campaign performance on a daily/weekly basis.
Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions.
Stay updated with the latest Meta and Google Ads trends and strategies.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of D2C/E-commerce marketing.
Ability to conduct product and competitor research.
Comfortable working with numbers and performance data.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Willingness to test, learn, and experiment with new strategies.
