Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a focus on building and expanding Aaqar’s client base in the luxury furniture market. Day-to-day responsibilities include
Reaching out to potential Channel Partners & Brokers for lead generation from premium and luxury properties in Bangalore.
Conducting client outreach, nurturing relationships,



and managing key accounts to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business.
The role involves collaborating with design and operations teams to align client needs with Aaqar’s product offerings, preparing proposals, and supporting contract negotiations.
The Business Development Executive will also track market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to inform business strategy and growth initiatives. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
Strong experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
Solid understanding of Business and Account Management, including maintaining long-term relationships and maximizing client value.
Excellent Communication skills, with proficiency in presenting, negotiating, and engaging with high-end clients.
Background in sales or business development in real estate industry
