POSITION SUMMARY




Electrical Drafter / BIM Modeler with 1–3 years of experience specializing in Electrical Power Distribution Systems and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Systems. The candidate will be responsible for translating engineering designs into detailed 2D construction drawings, 3D BIM models, single-line diagrams, shop drawings, cable routing layouts, and material schedules in compliance with IEC, NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and project-specific standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Electrical Power Distribution Drafting
● Prepare detailed layout drawings in CAD & Revit-BIM covering Power Layouts & Single-Line Diagrams (SLD), Cable Routing & Containment Systems, Equipment Detailing, Lighting Layouts, Earthing & Lightning Protection, and Street & Outdoor Lighting.
2. ELV Systems Drafting
●Prepare detailed layout drawings in CAD & Revit-BIM covering Structured Cabling Systems, Telecommunication Systems, and Passive Hub Room, Server Room & ICT Infrastructure.
3. BIM Modeling & Coordination
●Develop
