Job Description
As a Scrum Master at iNextLabs, you will facilitate Agile processes, coach teams on best practices, and remove roadblocks to ensure the successful delivery of AI-powered solutions. You will collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and product managers to foster an Agile culture that promotes efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews).
Coach Agile teams on Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks.




Guide teams in breaking down AI projects into manageable sprints & deliverables.
Work closely with Product Owners & AI teams to refine backlogs and prioritize tasks.
Identify and remove impediments to ensure sprint goals are met.
Drive continuous process improvements to enhance team collaboration and productivity.
Foster a culture of innovation, transparency, and accountability within AI teams.
Track sprint progress using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
Provide regular reports on velocity, burndown charts, and sprint metrics.
Work with cross-functional teams to align Agile execution with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Lean Agile methodologies.
Experience working in AI, software development, or data-driven project
