Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Associate role based in Kolkata. The Customer Service Associate will interact with customers in person and via phone to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. Responsibilities include handling customer complaints, processing exchanges or returns as per company policy, and ensuring a smooth service experience at the store. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions,



coordinating with store and back-office teams for timely resolutions, and supporting promotional activities by guiding customers to suitable products. Qualifications
