Role Description The Supply Chain Lead will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely procurement, production support, and distribution for ENSTEIN’s collaborative robot and automation solutions. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Chennai, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inventory levels, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, optimizing logistics flows, and monitoring performance metrics to improve reliability and cost efficiency. The role also involves analyzing demand and supply trends, supporting new product launches from a materials and logistics perspective, and implementing best practices in supply chain and operations management. The Supply Chain Lead will collaborate closely with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements, manufacturing schedules, and delivery commitments.
