Drilling QA Lead - Landmark DWP - Hybrid, 1 day/week in office
This is a hybrid role requiring 1 day per week in the office. Candidates may be based in or work from any one of the following locations:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to support upstream Oil & Gas applications within the Landmark DWP ecosystem.
The role will lead QA activities across one or more moderate-to-complex projects, ensuring high software quality through strong test planning, execution, defect management, and collaboration with cross-functional delivery teams.
The successful candidate will have a solid background in software testing and/or development, with hands-on experience in upstream Oil & Gas environments. Exposure to drilling and completions workflows, including well construction, fluids management, and performance monitoring, is highly preferred. Experience with EDT applications is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead QA efforts across upstream Oil & Gas applications to ensure reliable and high-quality software delivery.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases covering functional, integration, performance, regression, smoke, and UAT testing.
• Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to align test strategy with business objectives.
• Manage defect logging, tracking, triage, and resolution, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Support test automation initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of test frameworks and processes.
• Assist with secure architecture design reviews and preparation of applications for security testing.
• Ensure security vulnerabilities are identified, tracked, and mitigated appropriately.
• Contribute to release planning by estimating QA and documentation effort and providing input on product improvements based on prior releases and customer feedback.
• Mentor and guide a team of manual and automated testers as needed.
