Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP CRM Technical Consultant with 10+ years of experience in SAP CRM technical development, customization, integration, and support. The consultant will be responsible for developing and maintaining SAP CRM solutions, working closely with functional teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Strong experience in SAP CRM Technical development and implementation/support projects.
- Hands-on experience in ABAP, ABAP OO, Web UI, and CRM Technical Architecture.
- Develop and customize SAP CRM applications based on business requirements.
- Experience with CRM Web UI, BSP, GenIL, BOL, and Component Workbench.
- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM Middleware and integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
- Experience in CRM One Order Management, Business Transactions, and partner determination.
- Valuable understanding of CRM Middleware, adapters, queues, and data replication.
- Develop and enhance reports, interfaces, enhancements, BADIs, user exits, and workflows.




- Experience in debugging, performance tuning, root-cause analysis, and production support.
- Work closely with functional consultants to analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
