About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Electronics Hardware Engineer to help build the electronic core of India's first electric refrigeration units for cold logistics. You'll own hardware from architecture to production - microcontrollers, power electronics, sensors, batteries, and communication systems - designed to survive the harshest, most demanding conditions on the road. Key Responsibilities Design and architect electronic systems spanning microcontrollers, power electronics,



sensors, batteries, Io T devices, and HMIs. Make the core architecture calls, microcontroller selection, power supply design, PCB layout, signal integrity, communication protocols, EMC/EMI handling, and protection circuitry. Build hardware for power distribution, sensing, actuator interfacing, and control systems that meet strict reliability and safety bars. Work closely with Embedded Software, Controls, and Refrigeration teams to turn product behavior into hardware reality. Take ownership from requirements capture through schematic design, using tools like Altium Designer. Prototype, test, debug, and refine hardware through multiple iterations. Lead the transition from working prototype to scaled, manufacturable production. Set system-level engineering goals and timelines, and drive them to completion.
