Clinical Supervision: Monitor patient assessments, vascular access handling, and treatment progress during hemodialysis sessions.
Team Management: Coordinate staff schedules, assign patient loads, mentor junior nurses or technicians, and evaluate performance.
Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict infection control protocols, safety standards, and accurate electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
Communication: Act as a key liaison between patients, attending nephrologists, biomedical teams, and administrative management.
Emergency Response: Guide staff during medical complications or cardiopulmonary resuscitation events in the unit

Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or valid registered nurse (RN) / healthcare diploma.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of clinical experience in dialysis services, including 1 to 2 years in a leadership or charge-nurse capacity.
Skills: Advanced knowledge of hemodialysis machinery, robust interpersonal aptitude, and crisis management skills
