Bachelor's degrees from a recognized university and have a minimum of 10 years of qualified experience in International Oil and Gas / petrochemical facility development.
Working of Equipment and Material with strategic approach, based on his proper understanding for Contract Condition with Supplier, Project Schedule, Supplier's Engineering, Sub ordering and fabrication Process, Inspection Requirement and knowledge for Suppliers in wide variety of commodity in Oil and Gas EPC business.

• Support and Train Junior staff
• A high standard of English language ability both written and spoken.
• Ability to use the Microsoft Office environment in all aspects of daily work.
• Highly ethical - accountable for actions and statements.
• The leadership qualities to lead, delegate tasks and organize the team.

Requirements
1. Basic understanding for international trade terms as Expediter.
2. Deep understanding for the fabrication process for Equipment and Material required for Plant Facility, not for Construction Consumables.
3. Wide knowledge for the international suppliers who supplies Equipment and Material required for Plant Facility.
