The Purpose of Your Role

The Lead Full Stack Engineer will work as part of a core team, designing, developing, and supporting scalable full stack applications. This hands-on role involves building cloud-native solutions on AWS, developing data integration capabilities and APIs, contributing to architecture and technology selection, and collaborating with global teams to drive technical excellence across solution design, development, and delivery.

Building quality solutions that align with the technology blueprint and standard methodologies to solve business problems — driving design, development, and ongoing support.
Contributing to application architecture, design reviews, and technology selection decisions.
Leading development efforts, performing code reviews, and promoting engineering best practices.
Driving system reliability, performance optimization, security, and operational excellence.
Working with our distributed global teams and providing technical direction in building solutions.
Actively participating in agile ceremonies, knowledge-sharing sessions, code and design reviews.
Troubleshooting complex production issues and driving root-cause analysis and resolution.

The Skills that are Key to this role

You have robust experience in Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Data Modeling, Performance Tuning, OLTP/Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, and Informatica.
You have hands-on expertise in Java, Python, and data APIs.
You have hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lamb
