This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical test infrastructure and help shape quality engineering practices across a modern, fast-moving technology environment. You will design scalable automation frameworks and testing strategies for complex product capabilities while influencing architectural decisions around test design. The position combines advanced software engineering, test automation, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD optimization. You will work closely with engineering teams to shift quality earlier in the development lifecycle and build reliable, maintainable testing processes. Beyond hands-on technical work, you will mentor junior SDET engineers and contribute to technical reviews and engineering standards. Accountabilities:




Architect, build, and maintain scalable test frameworks and infrastructure, making informed architectural decisions around test design patterns, abstractions, and maintainability.
Develop comprehensive testing strategies for complex features and platform capabilities, integrating quality practices earlier into the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to identify quality risks, improve test coverage, and establish effective automation practices.
Refactor, optimize, and maintain existing test suites to improve reliability, maintainability, scalability, and execution performance.
Diagnose and improve CI/CD pipelines, reducing test execution times and resolving automation or pipeline-related bottlenecks.
Build and manage AWS-based test environments, including setting configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and debugging.
