Job Description Summary
We're looking for a proactive, organized Influencer Marketing Associate to own end-to-end campaign execution - from sourcing and shortlisting the right influencers, to negotiating commercials, briefing creators, managing approvals, and reporting on results. You'll work directly with influencers, brand clients,
and the internal team on live campaigns for well-known consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities
Create and circulate campaign-specific Google Forms across influencer communities and internal databases to source talent.
Scout and shortlist influencers manually based on campaign requirements, niche, and brand fit; reach out directly to confirm interest and availability.
Maintain and regularly update the influencer database in Google Sheets.
Communicate deliverables clearly - content type, number of posts, usage rights, exclusivity, and timelines.
Negotiate commercials within campaign budget and internal margin expectations; confirm final rates and deliverables in writing.
Brief influencers on campaign requirements, key talking points, mandatory mentions, and content guidelines before content creation begins.
Follow up consistently to ensure drafts are submitted on time; organize and share drafts internally
