Role Description
This is an on-site internship role based in Bengaluru for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The intern will support end-to-end hiring activities,



including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines. Daily responsibilities include assisting with job postings, updating applicant tracking systems, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, and helping organize recruitment drives or campus hiring events. The intern will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, such as crafting recruitment messages, supporting social media campaigns, and representing BrightCHAMPS at events when needed. This internship offers hands-on experience in modern talent acquisition practices within a fast-paced, mission-driven edtech environment.
