Role Description The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding suitable real estate projects and channel partners to support MandateX’s mandate and advisory services. Day-to-day activities include market research, lead generation, relationship management with developers and brokers, and coordination with internal sales and advisory teams to ensure a steady pipeline of quality mandates. The role involves negotiating terms,



conducting due diligence on projects, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular sourcing reports for leadership. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Navi Mumbai, with a mix of in office meetings and office work, along with some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
Strong experience in real estate sourcing, including identifying and evaluating residential and commercial projects, developers, and channel partners.
Proficiency in market research and analysis, including tracking local real estate trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Demonstrated skills in negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building with developers, brokers, and other partners.
Ability to manage pipelines, maintain accurate records, and use CRM or related tools for lead tracking and reporting.
Solid business communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendat
