Role Description This is a full time, on-site Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer role based in Malur. The CNC Programmer will create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for machining and milling operations on components. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, setting up machines, selecting appropriate tools and cutting parameters, and ensuring parts meet dimensional and quality specifications. The role involves troubleshooting machining issues, collaborating with production and quality teams to improve processes, and maintaining documentation of programs and setups. The CNC Programmer will also support continuous improvement initiatives in safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness on the shop floor.

Qualifications

Strong CNC Programming and Programming skills for machining operations on milling and related machines.




Ability to read and interpret Technical Drawing and engineering blueprints for precision manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with Machining and Milling processes, including machine setup and tool selection.
Knowledge of CNC controls, cutting tools, materials, and machining parameters for steel and alloy components.
Attention to detail, ability to perform dimensional inspections, and commitment to quality and safety standards.
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience in heavy equipment, automotive, or hydraulic component manufacturing is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Malur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
