Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Design Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Electrical Design Engineer will develop detailed electrical designs and schematics for power distribution and protection systems, including equipment selection, load calculations, and cable sizing. Responsibilities include preparing engineering drawings and documentation, coordinating with project teams, vendors, and clients, and supporting power system studies and design reviews.



The role involves assisting with testing and commissioning activities, ensuring designs meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards, and providing technical support during installation and maintenance. The engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement of design practices, tools, and templates.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Design and Design Engineering, with experience creating detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications.
Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Electrical Engineering and Electricity, including power system fundamentals and applied engineering principles.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Power transmission and Distribution systems, including switchgear, transformers, protection schemes, control and automation panels.
