Role Description The Admission Officer is a full-time,



on-site role based at the Aakash Educational Services Limited center in Guwahati. This role involves guiding prospective students and families through the admission process, including providing accurate information on courses, eligibility criteria, fees, and schedules. The Admission Officer will handle inquiries via in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital channels, conduct counseling sessions, and support enrollment targets by maintaining timely follow-ups and accurate documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining admission records, coordinating with academic and operations teams, supporting admission events and outreach activities, and ensuring a positive experience for all walk-in and registered prospects. The role requires a professional who can represent AESL’s values, maintain high service standards, and contribute to a student-first environment.
